BLISTERED BALSAMIC GREEN BEANS AND CHERRY TOMATOES
Green beans can be a boring vegetable, but they get a makeover with the addition of a few simple ingredients and some time in the oven in this easy and delicious recipe. The best part is, it takes barely any prep and makes eating your vegetables so much more enjoyable!
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups green beans, trimmed
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place green beans and tomatoes on a baking sheet and toss in oil, vinegar, and salt.
Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour, or until tomatoes are blistered and green beans are slightly charred.
