MISO TAHINI DRESSING

This recipe is truly magical. It tastes indulgent but isn’t, and you can use it on almost anything! It can be a dressing on a salad; a marinade on chicken or fish; or a sauce to round out a delicious dish. Best of all - with just five ingredients and no major appliances necessary, it takes just minutes to make!

INGREDIENTS: (yields about 10, 2 tbsp servings)

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp white miso paste

  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos, tamari, or low sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tsp honey

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
