CHARRED GREEN BEANS AND ARTICHOKE
This recipe is easy, quick, and truly addicting. You don't even need a cutting board or sink to get this dish in the oven and on the table. That's how little prep it requires. Try this once and you are sure to add it to your weekly rotation.
INGREDIENTS: (serves 2)
10 oz pre-washed and trimmed green beans
1 14-oz can of marinated and quartered artichokes, drained
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put green beans and artichokes on a lined baking sheet.
Pour olive oil on top and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Mix to green beans and artichokes to coat and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until slightly charred.
